|
Advisory Experience Regarding Composites:
Twenty years' district advisory work, mainly on the conservative
southern tablelands of NSW, building an understanding of the balance
between market suitability and on-farm profitability.
Visited Leachman's in Montana in 1987 and saw how composites could
do the things for commercial people that crossbreeding was not doing.
Inspired by advances in breeding technology, and by innovative cattle
breeders prepared to do things differently.
